Dogtown: Streets of Dogtown - Webster University

The street runs north -- south from Wade Ave. to Manchester. It was named for Cecil B. Gregg, who had a coffee company in St. Louis. HALF STREET Current since 1912. This curious little street runs north from West Park just east of Hampton, and only runs two blocks.
